I’ve used Air BnB quite a few times now in the UK and have never been let down so far, but I can easily say that River Cottage at Carbis Mill is the best stay I’ve ever had.
The cottage is beautiful, clean, with every amenity you could want and feels very indulgent for two people. The outside space is very large and a real bonus.
As a host, Adrian struck the balance of being always available but never being overbearing.
Just brilliant from a warm and generous welcome to a fond farewell.
I really can’t fault anything about it.
This morning I was woken by traffic noise and went in my overlooked garden as a police or ambulance siren blared past. I wished I was back at River Cottage.
